For orders including a preorder or backorder product, all items will be shipped together once all items are in stock. Orders will not be split into separate shipments.

Return and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

All unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please send us an email at: hello@thirdculturemuseum.com with your order information to initiate the return.

Exchanges are subject to store availability. If your item is not available at the time of processing, you will have the option to receive a credit or refund.

You have the option to send the item(s) via the carrier of your choice or receive a return shipping label from us by email. If you would like us to create a return label for you, shipping will be $4.50 for standard shipping.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process. To start a return, please email: hello@thirdculturemuseum.com. Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at: hello@thirdculturemuseum.com with a photo of the defective product and proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.
